Hi Rimas,
As I am unlikely to be able to attend the Melbourne workshop, here are my
impressions.
Looks pretty good - though it repeats a lot of AS8015.
Needs a shorter title - perhaps Corporate Governance of ICT (Projects).
On my reading it wasn't clear as to whether one "projects board" was envisaged.
If there are individual project boards, they cannot make decisions about
prioritising projects - stakeholders of one project cannot make decisions about
the priorities of the organisations projects and operations - this is a board
decision.
